Shipping Policy

At Lorelai's Lillies, we thoughtfully prepare each order for its journey to you.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day of purchase.

Orders placed on Sundays will be processed the following business day. Processing times may be extended during holidays, periods of high order volume, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Area

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Rates

A flat $10 shipping fee applies to orders under $125.

Free standard shipping is available on orders of $125 or more.

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before your purchase is completed.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information at the email address provided with your order.

Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after your order has shipped.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on destination and shipping carrier. Estimated delivery dates provided by the carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@lorelaislillies.com. We will make every reasonable effort to update the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check around the delivery location and with household members or neighbors.
